Hey guys who doesn’t love pasta! Pasta can be so good because it is fun to eat, comes in many different shapes and sizes, and you can make hundreds of dishes with pasta. While pasta is really good, it contains many carbs which isn’t good to eat every day. Instead of eating pasta everyday try these alternatives that are much healthier then pasta yet still taste similar:

  1. Spaghetti squash
  2. Zucchini
  3. Soba noodles
  4. Shirataki noodles
  5. Quinoa
  6. Brown rice noodles
